June to September 2026 - my project was selected for Lovere il bordo delle Luci, Summer edition.
Lovere was looking for projects capable of combining its touristic proclivity with the traditional life of the local community, especially visible during summer season. My proposal focused on a series of character illustration, I based my work on popular activities connected with the different spaces: Sports and leisure on the lake, life on the village itself and exploring the mountains.

The idea behind this project was to put people first, visitors would admire the architecture while appreciating the humanity of 'people' living on the lake, as residents or as visiting tourists. Because people are what really makes a place dear to us, not just the beauty of a landscape but the attachment to those we meet, cherish and share our emotions with.
Site-specific project
The projected area encompassed three different façades: the famous Tadini Academy, with its iconic lakefront gallery, and two buildings on Piazza Garibaldi.
I arranged the images thematically. The large Tadini façade, separated from the lake itself by only a few metres, hosted the water activities. The rest of the Tadini Gallery and the neighbouring building, which faces Piazza Garibaldi, hosted activities representative of the village itself. Mountain activities, such as trekking and climbing, took place on the building on the slopes of Mount San Giovanni, which was visible just behind it.

As someone born and raised on Lake Iseo, it was a special pleasure for me to see my work exhibited in Lovere, one of the most charming villages in the area and also part of the 'Borghi più belli d'Italia' — a selection of preserved villages known for their exceptional beauty.
