Your End to End Process with BySoft
Explaining how smart factory connect sustainability and production worldwide
A series of 25 vector illustrations for an animated explainer video which summarises BySoft's end-to-end production process.
Each scene was designed to clearly communicate a step in the process, while maintaining visual coherence and connecting the script with animation.

The Challenge
BySoft needed a way to explain their entire production workflow - from order to delivery - in a concise and engaging video. The visuals had to make technical steps easy to understand while keeping a professional and trustworthy look. The video had to encompass different environments, ranging from the factory floor to the office and logistics, all within the same ecosystem. The video covered multiple steps and locations in a short space of time. I worked to define a universal style that could be applied across locations, characters and machines.
My Approach
To keep consistency across the 25 vector illustrations that compose the video, I relied on a limited color palette based on brand's colours and a recognisable character design.
The Visual World
Two main environments represent the core of the company's workflow: the production floor and the office. These two locations were researched in separate illustrations and were used to develop the storyboard.
Storyboard Process
I used quick, simplified drawings to define the key details in the storyboard.
This stage made it possible to refine the narrative in the final illustration.
